iPhone 17? Don’t bother
This app worked great on iPhone 14. On iPhone 17, app opens but crashes immediately. No customer support. It’s easier to access on a browser.

Application crashed countless
iOS18.1.1. Please review. It crashes many times when I just open the app, then I crashed immediately. Tried different phones, same issue.
What’s going on
I can’t log in, message says I changed my password, which of course I haven’t, and to use the correct log in information. Please get the IT department to work on this and create a reliable app.
Update desperately needed
This app needs an update ASAP! It’s been 8 years, apparently! There have been numerous bugs over the last few years.

Stopped working with no update!
The iPhone app just stopped working on my phone. But the iPad app still works on my iPad. I wish they would update the app to work in all formats!
App does not work
It’s been three days and the app says my phone is not connected to the internet. Well it is connected. The thermostat on the wall says it’s connected also. So the app crashed and no emails or texts explaining the issue. Normally not that many issues with the app. The lower rating more has to do with the fact the app should give you more access to your thermostat.. you should be able to change more then the temp in the house.

Awful
The app never works. Either you can’t log in or you can’t use it due to server issues. I miss my Nest thermostat!!
$825 paper weight
The furnace is like most but the thermostat with remote capability is an absolute waste of money. It sounds wonderful sitting the presentation. The remote programming worked fairly well for a year. It then stopped syncing with my Wi-fi. It quit recognizing any Wi-fi.
Do not buy this thermostat. I don’t believe you can buy an Armstrong furnace without this thermostat according to installer. If this is in fact true, do not buy Armstrong.
$825 for a thermostat with a one year warranty criminal.

App needs to update
This app worked well for the first year we had it. Then it stopped being responsive. I think kit just needs to be updated.
Frozen app
Just decided to stop working on our phones. Very frustrating. Had the installer come out to fix but they could not find a solution. Been over a month now.

The app shows the current temperature and status of the system, but I have no ability to change settings. Makes the app pretty useless. Trying to report a problem with this app, which is Apple’s thing, doesn’t fly as well. It looks like I better make sure to turn off my system before going away because the remote functionality is completely gone.

Worthless App
This is the most basic and worthless app ever. I’m embarrassed for the company that they even have this lame of an app when there are things like Nest out there. It’d be worth it for me to rip open my walls to install the necessary extra wiring (according to my installers 😒) to put a nest thermostat in. This Comfort Sync is a joke. Even the wall unit is complete pathetic garbage.

Upon opening the app it keeps giving the message that device is not connected to the internet which is not true. Started happening about a week back. Please fix asap.

This app has been down for weeks. There has been ZERO support for this app. So why are they still selling this thermostat?!
