I love the new design
I’ve been using Command Cloud for a while now, and the new design is a huge improvement. The interface feels much more modern, intuitive, and easier to navigate. Tasks that used to take multiple steps now feel streamlined, which makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.
Performance also feels smoother, and the overall user experience is clearly more polished. It’s great to see a platform in this space investing in usability while still maintaining the functionality we rely on.
Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve—this update is definitely a step in the right direction.

Pointless
The new app looks great and loads great but it’s setup to be view only for dispatch which defeats the purpose. If edits or changes can’t be made mobile from the app what’s its purpose?
Disappointing but Expected
Update: updated app after it continued to crash. Now it never leaves the white screen. What a useless service that you forced on customers. If I had the authority to end our agreement and to stop spending thousands every month, it would be done immediately.
Website is not mobile friendly at all. The app and mobile website have components that only seem to work whenever the moon and stars align: Material Supply, Dispatch, Dashboard. Basically the main components our company requires. When trying to access these, we get the spinning triangle of death and then a blank white screen.
We don’t seem to have any trouble when using the website from our PC, but we have a highly mobile jobs and an office PC isn’t always available. When the app works, it’s great, but that has only happened about 10% of the time. Not acceptable.
Our company already spends a small fortune for TrackIt, and customer service has always been a source of disappointment. It seems the cloud service is on the same track. I’ve attempted to contact the app support but only end up on a website that offers ZERO support.

Might as well have not published the app
Overall the app is useless. Much like the webpage access to command’s core product availability. Web pages crash and lead to a failure on mobile devices while this application does not load past the login screen. Command Alkon is a company based on early 2000’s access and technology. And modern presence is full of bugs and total system failures. Their system, not your typical smart phone or tablet

Overall the app is in the early developing stages. The ability to adjust the orientation and zoom needed to see the critical information of multi-million dollar daily operations is basically non-existent. I open a dashboard and see three letters from each row in each column, but there is no functional way to operate this application and view the information that should be expected within this application. I don’t know who is in charge of developing this product but I’d happily demonstrate functionality and practicality for FREE. I can tell any engineer what they’re doing wrong, I do it every day.
