Will not rotate for iPad use!!! Disappointed that i can properly use my keyboard with my iPad in laptop position. Needs fixed
Disappointed!
I loved the old app! I can’t even download the new app so now I have to go to the website anytime I want to see my transactions. I loved the feature that allowed you to take a picture of the check to be deposited. Now, I can’t do that. Not everyone updates to newer phones!
I am extremely disappointed
I used to love the old app before they changed it. It helped me keep track of my spending. This new app doesn’t have any extra features like that. I can see my transactions and that’s about it. I never had a problem depositing a check by taking a picture but with the new app I can’t do so.
Unreliable App
I have had to download this app on numerous occasions. Many times it says it cannot access my accounts now and other times the face recognition feature fails to work. It’s pathetic.

Not at all happy with the app I was so much happier with the FirstNat.Bank &Trust had theirs set up so much easier to navigate you could see when your check goes in at the beginning of the month an goes transaction by transaction u could back track to the month before the pending amount is going to cause an easy over draft which is a plus for you guy’s I been with First Nat. Bank& Trust 14 an 1/2 years I must say I do not like the change one bit kinda was thrown at us with no warning ...

Step backwards
The removal of touch-ID is a colossal step to the past. I have control over where my fingers go. We may all have our passwords hacked at any time.
