Failed to connect to endoscope
Apparently this is the updated app for the hdscope app however this app doesn’t include the profile for the hd scope cameras so cannot see these cameras. Support site goes to unrelated Chinese website with no English translation.
Developer contact is none existent. Either update the profiles or the support or this app is being reported to Apple for fraud and a take down request will be issued you have 3 business days to respond.

Does not work
The QR code takes you to this app which only seems to be for Bluetooth when the endoscope a WiFi connection. The original app, HD scope that worked has been replaced with this so the endoscope now won’t work.

Will not connect to updated iOS iPhone 14 by Wi-Fi. And app screen is blank even on the rare occasions when I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Used this endoscope 1 time
I used the endoscope HD 1200 P model number F150 one time put it away for almost a year came back to it and the app doesn’t work at all.

App wont stay open longer than 3 seconds
Useless
App does nothing, no home, gallery or anything but grey, then it crashes and shuts down. Scope is useless without the app. Fix it or replace with something that works.

Straight out of the box I charged it and down loaded the app and all I get is a grey screen before the app crashes and closes. Will file a refund claim

The app doesn’t work anymore which renders this device useless.
What happened??
I’ve been using the zit sucker device for almost 2 years. Everything was working great until now. Now the app won’t open properly and crashes.

Does not work. The old HD Scope app worked with my endoscope, but this does not work at all.
Software no longer supports device
The hardware is fine and worked well with the original version of the App, called HD Scope…. But a couple of years on, that App is no longer available, and this version doesn’t allow connection to the wifi signal coming from the device.
Can we pls ease have a version that works with the original device????
