Horrible App
The Communicator Go App sucks. There’s no other word for it. First the ringer volume is WAY louder than the standard iPhone one. You often answer the call and can’t hear anyone. The conference feature shows a conference has no participants while I’m on a call in that conference at the same time. Completely unreliable substitute for my desk phone. Fix it!!

Feature rich but problematic
It is one of the most glitchy apps. Features are useful but they support team’s excuse for the app not meeting expectations is that the app or operating system not being up to date even when it is not the case. It needs work to be more stable.
Faulty on Vodafone
Good when it works, struggles to connect on Vodafone 4G/5G quite often.
Does the job but needs a few tweaks
This app is good and does what you need it to.
However, it could use a few tweaks.
1. When you listen to music, the transition from call back to music is not smooth. I listen to Spotify, and every time I take a call, I must manually reopen the app and press play to keep playing.
2. If you put the caller on hold before attempting a supervised transfer to another person, you will not be able to hear the person you are transferring the call through to.

Good
I use this through an IT company so have not done any setup myself. But from using it in th UK and abroad it has bern fine. It occasionally drops out but I beleive this is when you go from wifi to 4g which can happen with other applications. I like how simple this is to use!
Update CRASH
The recent update was probably not even tested. It crashed after using the app for a little while, after that it doesn’t even open.
Please release previous version, I can’t use this to work.

Notifications all screwed up
Love the app but I wear hearing aids. Easy enough to turn off sound and notifications on the latest iPhone, IF IT WORKED. last version wouldn’t ring at all, this version I can’t stop. It rings in my ears and totally stops any conversation I may be having with a customer because it overrides the hearing aids. Wish they could get it right..
