Terrible User Interface
This company does not honor refunds for account users that have had difficulty cancelling the subscription. An absolute waste of money. CommuniKate will hold your payment information hostage until you figure it out yourself after jumping through multiple hoops of interface & information.. they need to STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS! Update your system. The amount of money they make from just a handful of customers has to be astronomical considering the amount you end up paying after a year. Terrible experience. The Amway partnership is just the cherry on top. Frauds.

No refunds - super frustrating
There’s no phone number to contact them and I tried cancelling it before the billing cycle but there was an issue and now they’re saying there’s nothing they can do :(
good except…
I used the service for years and it is a great app. Very effective communication tool! When I went to cancel my subscription they continued charging me despite me requesting multiple times that the service be canceled. There is no way I found to cancel the monthly subscription from the app and required figuring out how to login into the website and spend a good amount of time searching around to find a place to request a cancellation. It feels shady to me that the cancellation of the service is convoluted and challenging.

New update bug
The app is great however but since iOS 17.4.1 update, there has been no access to the microphone.
