Who ever is on tech support for the app must have been the cheapest this back could find because they have no idea what how to build and manage an app

The IT team should fix many issues in this app but no one cares! Many ppl will close their accounts just because of this ridiculous app, all of us have same issues with this app and no body cares ! Face ID is not working well after updating the app! even the password is correct it keeps saying it’s not! password reset not working properly we don’t receive the reset email at all we have to call for that ! You guys should invest in this app could make you lose more clients because this app reputation.

Love the bank, hate the app
Community Bank has excellent customer service. The app however, has a lot to be desired. Most days it doesn’t work. It often has errors that don’t let me log into my account. And all too often it locks me out when I’m using the correct password. Which forces me to change my password.

Worst mobile banking app I’ve ever used. Maybe the worst app in general. Have to constantly call to get access restored. Mobile check deposit system is a joke.

The wife and I have banked at C B bank for many years and we love this bank , the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

Not Reliable
Love community bank but the app has been unreliable for past 5 years. Consistently not accepting password and having to reset. Now telling me there’s an update and all it does it direct me to app and nothing happens. Having a banking app is a must if they want to remain competitive. This may be a deal breaker for me.

Very unreliable app
The community bank app has some great features. But it is unreliable. My biggest ongoing disappointments are:(a) the face ID seldom works, and (b) after doing necessary updates to the app, the app does not recognize that it was updated and continually to ask me to update it.
These problems result in me being frustrated daily, and results in me spending additional time to use the app that should be unnecessary, and would be unnecessary if the app worked appropriately.

horrible app whoever got paid to make this app needs to be fired. it crashes. you can’t transfer. logs me out. zelle says the banking app supports zelle but nowhere to zelle on the app
Can’t use it
It is incompatible with iOS12.5.5, which is the latest version available for my iPhone 6S. I am now unable to bank by app.
Worked before but now...
I was able to use this for years to deposit checks and transfer money. But for the past two weeks it just crashes when I tap the icon.
