Mobile deposit app
Has not worked for me in 2 months!!!! I’ll take photo of front/ back of the check and it says success then I go to submit deposit and it will not accept it.
Fix your app before I leave the bank because of it
Fix the app, I’m so sick of trying to make a transfer and it won’t transfer and I have to reset the app 3 or 4 times to get it to work
Love the Bank hate the new app
Your new app is absolute garbage. When I’m on the transfer screen I get crashed so many times. The app gets to where it won’t scroll to let me finish the transfer I have to start over, sometimes over and over again. I mean it’s bad, never had this experience on the old app, old app worked smooth like butter..

Not A Fan
This app never works good and ALWAYS causes problems. I have NEVER had more problems getting into an app other than this app. I really think it should not be this hard but that might just be my opinion. I also find it very funny how my review will not post and the fact I have seen only two or three five star reviews, which is crazy considering all of the other reviews are one star and some
are three star and when I say some just some are three star reviews embarrassing. I think that means this app is giving itself the four/five star reviews. I wish this app would get better for the customers or eventually everyone is going to switch branches because they will be tired of this app and bank. I truly think in twenty twenty six an app should not be messing up this much it is ridiculous and as a company y’all should be embarrassed. I also just went and looked through reviews again and it seems like overall the app should be rated a two at most not a four an a half because the bad reviews over way the good reviews by a lot.

Can’t see business accounts
The older app let me see all of my account, business and personal. This app doesn’t and it’s a major pain for people who need that on a daily basis. I have to go through the internet to get to my accounts. It’s frustrating enough that it has me researching other banks to possibly change to.

You cant edit or delete alerts from the old app

I have been trying to deposit my check all day and it’s still not working and nobody I talked to solve the problem

The worst app I have ever dealt with in my life. I’d rather fight a pack of hyenas naked and unarmed than to use this app.

Doesn’t work when needed
I’ve had two times tried to use with businesses and I’m not able to use it to pay for services once rendered. This causes conflict. I don’t even see the app available now on my bank site. It takes me to a blank page.
continuous issues
new update constantly kicks out my username and password, locking me out of my account. I know i am using the right password. please fix this app. access to fund visibility via phone is a priority. making me want to switch banks altogether.
Not IPAD friendly
I have found that if you wait about a minute, the app will unfreeze and allow you to login when using an iPad. Very frustrating that the developers never figured it out and informed users of the issue. Great bank with very friendly employees.
Not IPAD friendly
This does not allow use on an IPAD when there is a notice on the opening page. Makes the app useless!
Pretty bad
They should really invest in a much better app. From poor mobile deposit, to being slow and very basic, I just don’t understand how this app could be this bad.
Terrible app
This app constantly freezes. The only way to exit is turn my phone off and on again. Then I have to log back in. But it might freeze again. If that’s not the problem then it sends message “system error try again “. Trying again doesn’t get me logged in either. It is so frustrating when I’m trying to get my bills taken care of.
Surely Community Bank can find some better IT guys then what they have now.
