This is extremely annoying!! I’m trying to see the dashboard and keep getting this message “Error loading snapshot

Notification for deposits please?
Many people like to know when their direct deposit posts to the bank but this is not an option in notifications. The app is ok but I would like my credit cards on my dashboard, not hidden under accounts, and the deposit notification option. Thank you.
Was good, no longer so
Not sure what they did but now it’s impossible to do a mobile deposit for a check. Image edges never match up, according to their message. Always used to work fine. Fix this.

Why am I unable to view my OWN personal information in the App? Not showing account and routing numbers in the App is so frustrating.

The app worked completely fine before they had decided to change the entire interface. Now it’s a gamble everytime I open the app if it’s going to work today or not

Long time customer and king time app user. I have never had issues. It makes everything very easy
Remember me doesn’t work
Overall good app, but despite having “remember me” turned on, it logs me out daily.
My credit union
I love the online banking app and they always give. Great customer service when you go in personally!
New features
Community Choice CU is a great bank but would be better with some new features such as 2 day early direct deposit, save the change feature, widgets for your Home Screen and the app should be more colorful. Probably some other improvements are needed too.
