Expensive and awkward
Bought 2 eSIMs, neither installed properly and now show as installed even though they are not in my eSIM list. Chat bot is ok, but it takes 12 hours for a human to respond. Never had these issues before. Also more expensive than a different eSIM provider I have used in the past.
Could be better
Not as transparent as other esims. One site claimed I could not connect with them because I was not online - while using this eSIM. I tried this in the US with a 1GB eSIM, just to test it. I would not feel comfortable relying on it, I must say.
