totally always logging me out and not allowing me to log in!! i remember my password never had this issue before im calling every few days with this issue!!
Community Service Credit Union app is not good for apple products.
This app is not good at all when logging in to account it constantly load and never show anything. I have to log in and out for a second time inorder for the app to work it's been that way since getting a iPhone it didn't have the problem with a android. CSCU said that it's known to do that after they looked into it and told me contact the developer which I did a year ago haven't heard from them yet.

Poor customer service!
Carol is the absolute worst! I have never experienced a loan officer who lack phone etiquette when speaking with customers! She was beyond rude! I have been a customer for over 15years and will never consider making CSCU my primary bank due to the lack of unprofessional staff. I would recommend Energy capital credit union for anyone who would like a bank that provides excellent customer service with great rates.

Error message I’m not connected to a network. Seriously have tried to log in for almost a week. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing helps. Would be nice if developers communicated about outages or scheduled maintenance updates.

My app was working great until I updated now it won't work at all and says an error has occurred and to call 0-000-000-000 for assistance. Not helping make life easier right now.🙄😒

Asking me for a user name which wasn't set up. Then asking me questions I had no answer for. Just really pathetic. Deleted it right away!

App doesn't work at the moment. It will sometimes, and then other time it will come up with an error. Frustrating.
