The software is corrupt
I have an ongoing problem with logging into my online account. Whenever there’s a password change it declines my login. Message states that it cannot verify my credentials. When I contact the credit union no one seems to know what is happening. They fix it one day and the next day it will not let me login. It seems strange that I can login to communitysouth.net with Safari and it accepts my user id and password every time.

Never Working
Whenever I go to sign into my account it keeps telling me that it can’t verify my credentials! It’s frustrating because I just made a new password to get in i was able to log in once and now it’s not able to verify my account AGAIN!! I didn’t want to keep making new passwords so I waited a while (MONTHS) before doing so and here it is, a repeated cycle. I am not sure if it is just my account that this happens too but this is not ideal and I should be able to check my account whenever I want.
