This application allows you to view the entire medical record including radiology images. It’s great to use a rounding list too.

Only getting worse
Patients keep getting deleted. Notes keep refreshing every several seconds while reading them, forcing me to the top of the note. Really annoying having to scroll back down and find where I left off. I always get a couple error messages when I first try to look at labs/vitals. Why so buggy??

Glitchy and closes down
So painful to use. You try to add diagnosis and automatically get kicked out of the app. Please fix this asap.

The app was glitchy before to begin with. Please fix the issue with the modules, they keep being rearranged to default. Now they added a cherry on top. After recent updates, you have to log into different things thru the app to review the charts. Now, you can’t stay logged in. After it logs you in, it kicks you, says session expired. You try again, it does the same over and over. You close the app completely, launch it again, and try to log in, you log in, then it kicks you out again. Patients charts are now very secure, even I can’t access them. Good job!

The new ambient AI features works seamlessly and returns near perfect documentation every single time. minimum edits were needed. app is also very easy to use, never slow! also appreciated prompt improvements and bug fixes to the app from developers.
Useless
It has always had glitches, but still I have used it. But since their upgrade about 2 months ago, it is completely useless or worse if possible
New update horrible
Thanks for making my job more difficult. These app developers are contributing to physician burnout with this terrible programming. It’s like they woke up on the side of the diseases we treat instead of on the good guys’ team (ie physicians).

This app is one of the worst EMR companion apps. I spend more time trying to get this to work than I can using it to help my patients.

Absolute unreliable garbage
Every hospital has its own EMR and every one of them has their own app. This is the single most frustrating unreliable one that I’ve ever encountered. It doesn’t open. It takes forever to open and then kicks you off. It doesn’t update the patient list. You’ll be trying to check on labs or vitals and you raise 25 minutes trying to login. do better.

Garbage
Awful update, always logs me out, never stay logged in, garbage app

Very poorly functioning app currently after multi factor authentication updates done for HCA users.
Invalid database
Can’t use the app all of a sudden… tries to log in, keeps me waiting for 5 minutes, and then reports “invalid database.” Unusable.
Unusable
App is essentially unusable after latest update. Login is super buggy now. I have iPhone 16 Pro Max. Works okay(ish) on my iPad. I hope they fix it soon as I was using this app a lot prior to recent update.
Inconsistent at best
App has barely been working over the last month or 2. Fixes offered by IT included updating iOS, updating app, delete and reinstall app. The delete and reinstall temporarily works and then it goes back to being frozen on the login screen even with valid credentials. Extremely frustrating.
Worst EMR app I have ever used
As a surgeon for 15 years this by far the worst EMR I have ever used in my career. Compared to Epic, Powerchart and even the terrible ECW, this Patient Keeper never works, miserably limited, can’t do notes or even see labs properly, can’t even put in orders.
I wish I could give this app NEGATIVE 5 stars.

Invalid database??
I’d grown accustomed to the limitations of this app, including its requiring manual refresh rather than automatic, limited personalization for viewing patient data, and inconsistent server communication. But recently, I cannot login due to “invalid database,” even though my credentials are still good. IT folks can’t explain or fix. Have to reinstall app to regain function, but only for a few days when it happens again. Too bad hospital forces us to use such a poor app.
