What’s the Point?
This app does absolutely nothing. Your can record trips, record expenses, or view riders from the app. It just takes you to the website which is awful to use. Why not bring the most important features over to the make and make them easy to use?

Login issues
Hate that I have to login every time I open the app and then log in again if the app sends me to your website

Confusing
App is very confusing, as I have a vanpool of 15 people. When I split the amount to pay, it does not always show up. Then when the rider pays, it does not show they owe less. Need to maybe check into seeing why that is happening and if can be changed. Keeping up with all this and o make sure people do not overpay is somewhat time consuming. May also be how we are being invoiced, but have a call into our account manager to figure it out.

Doesn’t save Card info
It has a option to save the card info but never saves it! So everytime I need to make a payment I have to enter my card info all over again.

Developers, please look at the recent reviews! App appears to only be used as a payment tool. None of the functionality depicted in the store preview is available!!!
Less is not always more
I just downloaded the app. Logged in just fine but it seems like the app is only good to make payments. Any of the other functions as depicted in the screenshots are not available. If these functions are only available to the coordinator the app description should tell us that.

Terrible App!
The app is horrible. Each time I try to access my account it wants me to do an update to driver application but it never lets me continue. What a waste!
Pointless
The app is basically pointless. There are constant technical glitches, and the user interface is only good for making payments. Beyond that, it seems to have no useful functionality.
Does nothing
It opens, I log in, tells me my account balance. Nothing else. Where is the trip recording?
