Commutyble garage

Great app, convenient parking and your vehicle La are safe.

If there were any other choice, I’d pay extra to avoid this app

Glitchy, frustrating, poor service, and low value. Prepare to get more notifications about billing (a month in advance) than actual service. Offers no advantages, nothing it actually promises to provide, and an interface that a toddler designed on a FisherPrice tablet. I will say it does excel at constantly finding new ways to disappoint, if that can be considered a field to pioneer.

Horrible app

Awful, horrible, substandard app. Nothing but problems. Their customer service is also unresponsive. Stay away - these people should be sued.

Need to sign up to see monthly price

Makes you sign up and add vehicle before you can see the above market monthly price.

If the Building Uses This Run...

Do you know how long it takes for your bank to process credit cards or ACH? Most people don’t. But this company uses payment processing times to as an excuse to hound you for money with caustic emails at 12am. Still haven’t enrolled in auto-pay? They’ll berate and threaten you with additional charges. Those terms don’t seem fair? Their terms of service are impossible to find. As someone that hasn’t EVER missed a payment, I complained & was stuck between my building management & Commutyble with each saying “it’s not us it’s them”. I pay the highest monthly parking by rates in the neighborhood at $250/mon for the absolute worst customer service. Did I mention there’s a global pandemic? Alternatives: rent at a nearby garage or lot managed by ANYONE else, rent a space or a driveway.

Still waiting for an update...

Came here looking for an update to the app, thinking that they'd be fixing the fact that the app doesn't fully load currently. But nope. Had to go to a browser and access the website just to renew my pass.

The 5star reviews I see here look fake as well.

Every parking structure needs this ASAP

Commutyble has successfully brought the parking garage into the 21st century! Signing up is simple with their easy to use app and then your phones Bluetooth connects and opens the gate up. They also provide RFID stickers to attach to your car if you want so you don’t even have to use your phone, the gate just automatically senses it... how much easier can it get??

Awesome App!

Why don't more garages use it?! Commutyble is THE way to go. Customer Service also Rocks. I had some questions about the billing process and they were extremely helpful.

So cool

Love using my phone to open the gate

At last! EZ Pass for Parking

This is such a convenient and great app for parking! Eliminates so much of the fuss of finding and paying for spots. I can't wait until more garages come online! As convenient as it is for consumers, I expect the garage owners will be falling over themselves to get in the Commutyble network. Thank you!

Parking Management

The ease of use and the versatility of the mobile app has made parking easier than ever - great app and highly recommended!

Great App

Very user friendly! The future of parking is here!

Love this app!

This app is amazing! In the city, trying to find parking is a nightmare. I love that I can know exactly where I can park, and that I can pay right from the app. It takes care of everything for me! Such a great app to have!

Great Concept

This is a great service that meets a real parking need. The app works well and will only get stronger.

Great app! Easy to use

Awesome app for parking

Commutyble app is great. I park in a Commutyble powered garage and the app is easy to use. Really like that I don’t have to have a tag/decal. The app works regardless of any car I am driving.

Annoying location services message

I hate that no matter what I do in the app I get a pop up message to allow location services all of the time. I only want to share that info when I’m using the app.

Response from developer

We appreciate the feedback and are considering how we can add/fit a “do not ask me again” button in the dialog that pops up. That said, please note that we value your privacy and will NEVER SHARE YOUR LOCATION DETAIL WITH ANYONE. However, when location services are not active, the garage beacon is not recognized and takes additional time when you manually activate. Our goal is to get people in/out of garages as quickly as possible - and recognize that every second at the gate seems an eternity. If you are primarily using the “Hands-Free” gate operation using a Commutyble RFID tag, we understand how location services in the Mobile App may be less critical. We’re trying to find the right balance. Thanks for your comment.
