Same complaint as people from 3years ago. I downloaded this app for my iPhone 16pro.
I connected to TKWiFi.net
Logged in with seat number and name and app still does not work.
I can not pair my PED. No option to pair is offered. In app or browser. Only to purchase Internet or texting. Terrible.

App Does on Work on iOS
Was able to pair quite easily, but after that just the spinning wheel. Running iOS 18.0.1.

Doesn't do anything. Says it is paired, but never links anything to either the screen or the device.

The app does nothing. It’s just a remote for the screen but to use it you need to connect to the WiFi which you have to pay for.

This app doesn’t actually do anything. You can look through the same items you can on the screen. If you could use you Bluetooth headphones or cast your phone to the screen, it would be cool. Otherwise, it’s a waste.
Where’s my flight?
What’s the point of this app if a major city like Seattle is not even listed?
Literally all you can do is pause and play a movie.
