I believe that RJ is The only airline in the world that does not have user profiles ! Sometimes you feel they don’t have IT department or at least someone in charge who knows the basics of Customer Service. You don’t have a page where you’re booking that you do using your email account appears so every time finding your bookings or your history is a hassle.

Utterly awful app
The log in requires you to log in again to do feedback but doesn’t recognise your password. The miles claim automatically introduces errors into your claim - even though you entered your frequent flyer number when booking. It’s hard to make an app this bad

Very bad customer support, application accepted youth without any restrictions with a really unsupportive service
Apple Wallet card not showing Oneworld status
The membership card in Apple Wallet does not show the member’s Oneworld status (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald), which can cause issues at the airport for some members.
