Hi Im_Right, Thank you for using Company 360! Next several updates are dedicated to interface improvements. In addition, we will review existing help info for the data and update it. Glitches with Search - we will contact our data providers to increase number of connections per minute. Most likely this is caused by increased number of people doing searches.
Unable to get Australian Stocks now
The app is great and does what it promises.
I was able to add Australian stocks sometime back, but now the app does not find ASX listed companies! That’s a bit of a bummer when you have an ongoing subscription.

Hi Peter, Thank you for using Company 360. The reason for the issue is as follows: Primary data provider for stock search which covered most international exchanges is not working right now. The app automatically switched to a backup data provider while the issue is still happening. Unfortunately, backup data provider doesn’t cover Australian exchange. I emailed backup data provider to find out what needs to be done to get data on Australian stocks. I’m also looking if search service by primary data provider is getting fixed or replaced. Update: I added new feature to allow direct search of international exchanges (includes Australia). There is a button on the Search screen called ‘Can’t find it?’. It opens direct search. For example: enter RIO for stock ticker and select Australia. Direct Search will find Rio Tinto company registered in Australia. Thank you, John
Unable to restore subscription

Hi ReneeCle, Sorry to hear about your subscription restore issue. Can you please send a detailed description to our support email: ultrajetsoftware@gmail.com? It will help me duplicate your issue in our test environment. Example: If you deleted the app on iPad first and then tried to download it again or something similar. Hi Nshsbdbskd, My apologies, your feedback didn’t show up via AppStore developer website. I only saw it now when I logged in via mobile app. Ratios that you are seeing in the app are from most recent quarter. If I’m using annual data then I specify it in the explanation/info. For ex: total debt/equity for CNQ is 71.47 for most recent quarter. I will make sure to add this info in the next update to avoid confusion. You can also validate my data by looking at Yahoo Finance. Data for ratios should match. For financial statements please note that I get data for companies fiscal year, while Yahoo Finance calculates based on last 12 months. So annual financial statements will not match. Hopefully you will give this app another try. I added more features. Thank you, John
