Working for Mortgage Company I start use this awessom application in my presentation. It allows display to my client's on IPad or sell phone, mortgage calculation tips, key terms and conceps, rates and refinance, compare results of each strategy I offer.

It's an easy to use app, everything is explained. I love that it has percentage or dollar amount down payment option. Most of the buyers have a specific amount set out as down payment. The estimated amounts given turned out to be almost exact as the mortgage payment. I definitely recommend this app for anyone!

Great App
I'm a first time home buyer and was completely lost with the process. My mortgage broker advised me to use this app to help me see the numbers every time I went to open house. I've used it several times so far and it worked just great! I love the idea of seeing all mortgage payments and specifically total interest paid. Wow! You end up paying almost twice the price in interest.
