I’ve lost time and money
This app is is sub par. It’s inadequate. This app is a direct reflection of the incompetency of those who maintain it. The app can’t even sign me in with its own provided temporary password. It’s ate $80 I will probably never see again. I’ve had horrible experiences with the scannable cards. Once, this company was wonderful. Things worked, money transferred quickly. things were great. Something changed, and everything deteriorated. At one point, you couldn’t even check out on the website. My disdain at the egregious failure of the intent of this app will most likely never be reconciled. Appalled. All I get are errors when trying to access my account, especially via key chain scan token.

Terrible app and customer service
I’ve tried getting a hold of someone via the contact link on there website it will not send any info. Just so I can reset a password but get nothing but errors if I try doing it through the app. I was able to get a temporary password through the reset on the website but it won’t login with it. Do not use the app it is dated and runs terribly

Pre ordering
I haven’t been able to pre order for quite some time. I have no clue why. They did an update on their end, and now I can’t. But to update on my end, I can’t figure out how to do that. I keep looking for an update option and never can find it.
Account lost after app got updated
Not only me, 8 fellows in my department got kicked out of their accounts, and cant never log in. Keep saying error.

Zero Stars
This is easily the worst app I've ever used, it took months for the menu tile to appear in my app, and now one day I try to open my app and suddenly I need to make an account- hmm that's interesting considering you took my money already. Then I try to "create an account" and it tries linking me to a website that is SO SKETCHY that google and safari interent browsers refuse to even open it. Company kitchen is clearly a bad start up that fumbled and blundered its way to a modicum of success and is now just somehow surviving the pure ineptitude of the people running it. This app is TERRIBLE. Don't bother. It won't accept card info, won't let you order ahead without logging in, there's always an error message or a pup up or some kind of problem with this app every time you try to use it. I would be embarrassed to work for CK, it's truly shameful how bad this app is and CK as a whole is a joke, they don't even offer part of their promised menus and they don't know how to set up their convenience store because I frequently try to scan items that just say "barcode not recognized." They can't even sell you a clif bar properly, it's really sad. I'm guessing this app was made by some outsourced help because the quality is non existent. Avoid this app at all costs.

I have to keep making new accounts
For some reason I always get logged out and can’t log back in to my account after a few months and I have to make a new account which means I’m losing the money I had on that account.. I want my money back
Gets stuck on loading screen
Nothing like trying to pay for something, only to be standing there for five minutes waiting for it to load anything at all. Tried rebooting and restarting my phone. Nothing helps

Ever since I updated my phone 3mnths ago to current iOS version the app stopped working. Keeps saying doesn’t recognize my username and password. Yet I can login online.

Doubt If someone could create a worse app - constantly forgets user, have to recreate UN/PW on a regular basis. Employees hate it because if the app doesn’t work, no option to eat. EMPLOYERS BEWARE - don’t fall for their sales pitch.

Chose text when food is done with no wait came down 15min later to find not only was it not done the lady hadnt even started it.
A nonfunctioning app for overpriced food
This app is one of the worst things I’ve encountered in 2022 and omnicron is taking the world by storm. It doesn’t scan the overpriced food and drinks while the payment takes several hours after the transaction occurs. The only app I’ve experienced worse than this is facebook.
App will not load
I have ran into may problems where the money I add to the account doesn’t show up to not being able to open the app. I have tried re downloading it and it still doesn’t work. Would not recommend!!!!!
