This is the only fast food place we visit. We also appreciate the points accumulated to use on purchases. However today, I received a message that my 880 plus points were going to expire. We can in and it only let me use on very limited items, so I could use a few points. The team members tried to help but could not figure it out. I hope that this can be resolved and team members be trained on how to .

I’ve had the staff scan the app and I’ve scanned the QR code on the receipts (two different orders). Absolutely no points awarded. Spent about $40 in the last 4 days, shows zero points still.

Gotta love scanning my app to not receive my points, and then have nothing get done about it. Love having 100+ points vanish into the wind.
