Not easy to navigate
Absolutely terrible to navigate. Put in the entire order and then went back to add a reward and whole order was deleted. Needs fixing
Never actually get my rewards points
I scan my app every single time I go through drive through. I never get my rewards points loaded. I went several times in a row, had the drive through person scan my app, and my app kept saying my rewards balance was 0. I emailed Runza, never got a response, and all of sudden had 122 points loaded. I have been several time since. Scan the rewards app every time. Still at 122 points. Today I scanned at the drive through. No points. Got home and thought I will scan my receipt. Now you have to be near a Runza location to scan the rewards QR code or enter the code to get your points. This app is worthless. And I never get my Runza rewards. This has been going on ever since they changed the app.

Very poor offers
App works fine but I don’t get why anyone would use it. The offers are pathetic. 10% off $30+ order and $1 off a salad. LOL. In this economy? No. AND I NEVER GET MY POINTS WHEN I SCAN.
