Terrible user experience
Horrible user experience. Poorly organized making it difficult to find properties. Can see properties in list view but then they disappear in map view. Additionally, often times a property will show up but have no information on it but then I go to Redfin and there’s a full description along with additional photos. I often will look at properties on Redfin and then reach out to my realtor about them. The comments feature is also terrible and it’s difficult to find or keep track of comments. I would never use this app if I didn’t have a compass agent - how compass thinks an app this bad is acceptable to clients is mind boggling. Zenlist and Redfin are both better experiences.

Been sharing my screen on my Apple TV for years now showing listings to my partner. Now, after the last update, it’s not working.

Background Refresh Bug (Needs Dark Mode)
Updates: NEEDS DARK MODE! Compass is a horrible app that constantly refreshes in the background as soon as you swipe off, turning off the setting doesn't do anything and this is the ONLY app that does this that I have on my iOS 18 iPhone.
Max HOA filter only goes up to 1k
Dear Developers/PMs: in markets in Miami, NY, and LA, a typical HOA is $1200…. The fact that the maximum number one can set for max HOA is 1k makes this filter completely useless!!! And HOA amount is such an important metric in home purchasing. THIS IS ONE LINE CODE CHANGE! Please increase the this value to go up to 2k. I will have to use another app for now.

Photos are distorted on iPad in landscape mode
My Compass app has a Collections section with a live CMA for my upcoming listing, and my saved homes while buying. The home photos are stretched and distorted so they appear blurry. This is an unfortunate oversight in an industry such as real estate, where accurately displaying images should be a top priority. It’s an easy fix and should be handled immediately.
