About
Compaund uses proven behavioral science to help you build lasting habits — and break the ones
holding you back.
Built on the 4 Laws of Behavior Change, Compaund goes beyond simple checklists. Every habit is
structured around what makes behavior actually stick: a clear cue, genuine motivation, an easy
response, and a satisfying reward.

Removed the tiered habit slot system that limited users to 5 habits initially, with bonus slots unlocked at 7-day (+2) and 30-day (+3) streaks. Users can now create unlimited habits.
