This app is extremely EXTREMELY SLOW. Needs a fix immediately.
Login Problems
I have used the safe browser tool (CompleteID APP) for several weeks. Now it asks me to reactivate my login because 60 days have passed. I am stuck in an endless loop of trying to login. The app tells me I am logged in elsewhere and asks me if I want an activation code. It gives me an activation code but there is nowhere to input the code. I use this APP on my IPAD and IPHONE and until today, I had no issue. I can sign into COMPLETEID but I can’t use the APP. Please correct this problem.

Unusable
Makes me wonder how a company can protect your identity if they can’t even make a usable app!?!
Does not work
I cannot even get the signing screen. It gives me a message stating:
"Communication error
There was a problem communicating with Complete ID. Trying again"
I uninstalled it and installed it again to no avail. I call Customer help but they have no answer, all they could tell me is wait and try again, I have waited for days but still does not work.

Valuable Service, Terrible App
Using the app is painfully slow. It takes forever for each alert to load. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so it’s not my hardware. It seems like they haven't invested enough in a quality app so I can’t give it more than three out of five stars. Its too bad because otherwise the service works very well.

Extremely Slow
Pretty much eve try part of the app is slow. Login (with or without Face ID) takes a long time. Loading any alerts seems like a game of luck. At times it loads and most often just sits with a loading screen.

Worst App Ever
Does not let you get beyond the login screen as many other reviews have expressed. Will be getting rid of the service.
Seriously flawed
The app doesn’t let you login at all. It just keeps spinning and trying to verify my identity. I don’t know why I paid these people at all. There’s always more problems.
Can’t log in
Caught at the hang on we’re making sure your you screen. But never clears and can’t log in. Deleted and reloaded the app, no improvement.

Always changing... frustrating!
It one of the worst app around. Something is always changing and never stable. Looking for a better alternative for credit monitoring and probably b/c this app works... maybe 20% of the time.

Buggy app
Having same experience as many here. App gets stuck at login screen. No indication of problem or error message given. Makes it impossible to use the service. I will be cancelling. Disappointing failure especially for a big company like Experian.
Completely stopped working
Can’t get past the sign in screen at all. No way to unlock credit file without calling.
Useless
App won’t even let you log in. What a waste of time. The actual website does not have this problem.
Pure Garbage
I can’t believe Costco associated themselves with this horrible app. I can’t even get past the login screen. So much for unlocking my credit on the fly.
Tells me I have wrong password.
Had to download it multiple times as it would continuously go into a confirming your identity loop. Then I downloaded it again, shut phone off and on, now I get wrong password cue , but password works on desktop but not app. Ridiculously frustrating.
