Barely Functional
The app gets stuck in frequent login loops. PIN process randomly doesn’t work. Things are insanely slow and sluggish. Very sad I paid money for this as one of my worst experiences I’ve had with an app. Canceling on the website doesn’t work and just times out after 5 minutes.
The App is broken
I turned on the VPN and the the screen tries to flip between passcode and app dash board continuously. It’s like a race condition or something triggered. It’s totally broken. Not well tested. App UI sucks, I used Norton in the past and it’s way better. Funny and pathetic part is that app support link in App store is broken too.. Very disappointed.

Face ID doesn’t work. I tried removing and downloading again and it keeps trying to use Face ID over and over again
Stuck in perpetual loop
App is stuck in perpetual loop asking for pin. Need to switch to actual company like LifeLock. Surprised these ppl are still in business
