I have had this app for a very long while. I have downloaded loaded others which come and go quickly usually my reasons for deleting are light and fluffy annoying voices, irritating background music and costly downloads. This one is basic yet perfect for my needs

I have been using this app for YEARS. It is the best one by far. I have tried others but always come back to this. The perfect mix of sound, the calming male voice and the positive affirmations always send me to sleep. I love it, thank you!

Very good

I have had this App for years. It took a couple of weeks before I realised I was calmer when reacting to certain situations. I have tried others over the years but always come back to this one. I use it at night to help me sleep. It is like my safety blanket. The only thing i would say is that I wish the music at the end lasted longer. Very good App.
