Finished a 30 question test. At the end of the test it did not show me my result but instead went to the sign in page asking me to sign in. After signing in my test result was gone. It’s never registered that I took the test. Come on CompTIA, we give you so much money, yet your engineers can make a user friendly app.

Signed up for a paid plan. Got zero notifications or alerts yet my notifications are on. I totally forgot about this app and not sure how much I’ve been paying.
Locked out of what I paid for
Canceled my subscription early so it wouldn’t auto renew and the 6 months I paid for is now being treated like I didn’t pay for it. Dont pay for this and expect to get the full amount

Lost Progress and No Support Response
Very disappointing customer support. I pay for this service every month and reported an issue on Thursday. It is now Tuesday evening and I still have not received a solution. Even worse, my study progress appears to have been reset or changed unexpectedly. I spent many hours completing topics and tracking my progress, and now the results are inaccurate. This is extremely frustrating for a paying customer.

free version doesn’t help enough
expensive subscription and free version doesn’t give nearly enough practice question per day
Question are way too simple
The questions are WAY too simple and does not match at all the wording or the difficulty level of the real test. I just took the 1202 A+ exam and using this app was practically a waste of time…
Good Practice
I used this to prep for my A+, Net+ and now Sec+. If you want a comprehensive practice test this is not it. but if you want to drill concepts into your brain, this is it. The questions are not similar that I’ve seen so far, but they do cover the same concepts to foster an understanding. This and some YouTube videos and you can pass any test in a month or two.

They had a bunch of great questions not all of the features worked, but the core was amazing. The questions were amazing and I passed!
Security + Certified
Answering questions on this app challenged me deeply, but I achieved a high score. The CompTIA Test Practice Guide was incredibly helpful, motivating me to sharpen my skills every day, and I signed up as a certified tech mommy.
Good app lots of questions but very misleading ‘offers’ in the app.
There are lots of well-worded questions which is very useful. However the pricing is extremely ropey. You’re constantly prompted to take up the offer of £14.99 and then when you go to pay actual price is either £17.99 or £24.99. Not really acceptable
Good stuff
Definitely study with other resources, like specific courses, other practice exams, etc, but this app is the perfect reinforcement. It tightens the screws and is great to go lightly on during initial studying and binge this app the last week of study.

Thanks for providing this App ,I have been using 1 month and I successfully pass my security+ .60% of the questions were either similar or same.
Its not great
Some of the answers in the initial assessment alone used inaccurate terminology. Kind of hard to study when the terms used don’t show up on any research or other study tools.

I wish it were free, but it's not bad for the money. The app's practice tests helped me alot and showed me which sections I need to revisit and work on.
Fix this
Haven’t used the app since Friday the 9th, it is now Monday the 12th and it’s saying I’ve met my limit for today. There’s no “daily limit” if I can’t use the app daily like it claims I can. This is completely useless.
