I dislike due to the fact these questions aren’t in the real exam
Lost Progress and No Support Response
Very disappointing customer support. I pay for this service every month and reported an issue on Thursday. It is now Tuesday evening and I still have not received a solution. Even worse, my study progress appears to have been reset or changed unexpectedly. I spent many hours completing topics and tracking my progress, and now the results are inaccurate. This is extremely frustrating for a paying customer.

free version doesn’t help enough
expensive subscription and free version doesn’t give nearly enough practice question per day
Question are way too simple
The questions are WAY too simple and does not match at all the wording or the difficulty level of the real test. I just took the 1202 A+ exam and using this app was practically a waste of time…
Good Practice
I used this to prep for my A+, Net+ and now Sec+. If you want a comprehensive practice test this is not it. but if you want to drill concepts into your brain, this is it. The questions are not similar that I’ve seen so far, but they do cover the same concepts to foster an understanding. This and some YouTube videos and you can pass any test in a month or two.
