Finished a 30 question test. At the end of the test it did not show me my result but instead went to the sign in page asking me to sign in. After signing in my test result was gone. Itโs never registered that I took the test. Come on CompTIA, we give you so much money, yet your engineers can make a user friendly app.

Signed up for a paid plan. Got zero notifications or alerts yet my notifications are on. I totally forgot about this app and not sure how much Iโve been paying.
Locked out of what I paid for
Canceled my subscription early so it wouldnโt auto renew and the 6 months I paid for is now being treated like I didnโt pay for it. Dont pay for this and expect to get the full amount
