Signed up for a paid plan. Got zero notifications or alerts yet my notifications are on. I totally forgot about this app and not sure how much Iβve been paying.
Locked out of what I paid for
Canceled my subscription early so it wouldnβt auto renew and the 6 months I paid for is now being treated like I didnβt pay for it. Dont pay for this and expect to get the full amount

Lost Progress and No Support Response
Very disappointing customer support. I pay for this service every month and reported an issue on Thursday. It is now Tuesday evening and I still have not received a solution. Even worse, my study progress appears to have been reset or changed unexpectedly. I spent many hours completing topics and tracking my progress, and now the results are inaccurate. This is extremely frustrating for a paying customer.
