Most improved
I’ve seen this app go from absolute garbage to something that’s actually a fairly useful tool for our pool team. Team and player stats, scoring each week, submitting our final scoresheet and scheduling, this app is night and day from what it once was.
App crashes when zooming out on bracket
On iPhone if you zoom out and move side to side or anywhere the app crashes.
Ads are excessive and non-shippable.
Getting a non-stoppable ad with every single thing I click now.
Crashing
App used to be great now when I go into a big bracket and try to zoom out on my phone the app crashes and I have to restart it annoying as hell come on do better!!!
Just shows a blank screen
Terribly buggy app. More often than not when I open it, it just shows a blank page and does not load. They keep shilling the paid version but who would pay for an app that barely works?
Not working again
New update Oct 29, 2026 and once again doesn’t work. Stop fixing what wasn’t broken!
Virus spam
If you dont upgrade to premium, clicking on anything other than basic info locks app with warning to buy antivirus and suggests (falsely) that phone is infected. I will be deleting this app right after my tourney. League operators should use a more reputable app. AVOID
Crashed
Today my iPhone advised me that the app was working. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t not work. Please fix
Doesn’t work after update
The app will not open at all after the most recent update. Please fix this, if I’m paying for an app, it should work.
Doesn’t work
After the newest update the app won’t even open anymore
Issue on iPhone
Worked great for few weeks then just stopped working on the app for iPhone won’t let me sign in and keeps crashing when I open the app
Crash on load

Useless
I’ve never found a more useless app. This may not be the developer’s fault, as I’ve only used it for APA matches and it’s quite possible they don’t use all the available features. Nonetheless, I found useless.
CSR (CompuSport Rating) is accurate and updated every week!
The Premium Plan gives access to lots of options ; Individual & Team league and tournament Stats!! Compare with opponents !! The cost of the Premium Plan is affordable and worth having for All the information it provides!
I recommend the Premium Plan !! It’s worth the exploration to see your personal player evolution and to have access to opponents information.

Greedy
I pay all my fees every year for pool league yet I can’t see all of my stats unless I pay more money? That’s ridiculous
Unable to scroll iPhone SE
Can’t scroll using iPhone SE.
App is blank
App won’t load and is blank on two different phones and two different accounts… please fix fast
Fair…
Not super intuitive but I’m managing to find most of what I’m looking for.
Would really like some user adjustments for appearance, etc. like a white background option, etc.

Meh.
Not impressed at all. Not worth throwing money at. Nearly as bad as NTS’s website.
Junk
This app is garbage now. A few years ago when I used it for the first time, it was pretty good. Easy to navigate and most important, free. Now the free version is crap.
