Constantly crashes, unstable
Title pretty much sums up the issues here. Face ID integration is also poor.
Great if it would consistently work
Was super excited when I first started using this app. Easy to navigate and access to all my board material. However, only appears to work the first time you login in. After that initial use, every time I go to launch the app it automatically closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Again, worked awesomely that first login. After it times out, forget ever getting back in. Complete waste of my time.
UPDATE: I Emailed support and got a prompt response. Appears the app is not yet compatible with Apple FaceID. After reinstalling the app and selecting “No” to FaceID, I’m back to having a great experience with this app. Looking forward to when FaceID is supported. Kudos to getting a prompt response from support even on a weekend. :-)

Need a Forum
I wish there was a community of Boardworks users so that we could troubleshoot issues together. Seems like any issues I have are new to the support line.
