Super high fees $450+ to sell, terrible trading
I sold shares this morning at market open. It’s now 9pm and some shares still don’t show the share price and are in “pending” but sold status. WTH is that? And it keeps saying I don’t have a bank account on one screen, the it appears on another. Also the app doesn’t always work for selling. It’s a known problem but they just let it stay that way. Even ChatGPT said people complain about it but end up using the website. Haha. They just don’t care.

No customer service
The company I work for used to use Computershare to handle our employee stock purchase plan. When they changed to a different brokerage company, mine stayed at Computershare due to it being a joint tenant account. Computershare removed my access to my account on their website without any notification. Email and password recovery did nothing. The joint company stock app was turned off. The chatbot said I needed to sign in. The computer phone bot hung up on me when I told it what company I worked for. Finally got someone on the line to tell me I needed to create a new account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Another definition for useless. I don’t understand why share trading related platforms are this bad in Australia. These guys should see some other countries and learn how to make websites and apps. Rather than wasting time on these useless platforms, better do trading in other countries.

What a waste of Time
Great app but needs improvement especially for Accessibility
Massive improvement over your previous app, however it would be nice if you could update the app so that it works properly with VoiceOver Apple screen reader currently there is labels that VoiceOver are reading out that are complete nonsense stuff. That developers would only understand. It’s not easy for me to be able to pick up the total of all of my shares so my portfolio in total for example if the Apple was updated to work more seamlessly with VoiceOver, it would be a much better experience. Please seriously consider this request because it would help out a lot of users not just myself thank you very much for your time.

Worst log in app ever?
What is the point of requiring a physical mail code to log in when you verify my identity 6 ways from Sunday? Why even make an app? Why not just do it all by mail?

So much easier to use the app than to go in and put all your information in!
Ease of Service
Transferring shares has always been easy with ComputerShare, not once have I gotten an issue going through ComputerShare.

Current version repeatedly has an error if you try to Transact. Please fix posthaste!

Fees Charged is too high
Investor Center charges too high of fees for simple transactions. When all the brokerage companies are moving towards “No Fee” model, Investor center charges very high Service Fee and Transaction Fee. Not Sure how long this company will last

It was good in the beginning but now they keep refusing login. I have no use for it now. I’ll use my browser to login. Can’t purchase stock from this app.
