Unable to login after updating

Asked for phone number for verification code but never received the code by text message. Now got stuck and no one can help me to login.

Can’t withdraw

This app sucks! I had a small amount of stock with a lockup period. Now that the lockup restricting expired 4 days ago, this stupid app shows me with a zero balance and will not allow me to sell or transfer my shares. AVOID!
