Account recovery is next to impossible. 😀 which shouldn’t be.
Can’t login
I can’t figure out my pin or ID. Was never assigned one. Help is useless, just save your time and use another app like Robin Hood. Why is it so complicated to login or register?
Customer Concerns
A large portion of the time when I try to log in using the app it reminds me it’s down for numerous reasons. The only fix is to talk to a Rep over the phone but now I’m put in a position where I’m being charged to use their services via sales of shares. I’m only put in this situation because of the app malfunctions so why are we the account holders being penalized for it? I recommend a free of charge servitude when the app is inactive for all users during that time period that it’s down.

Purchases have been done at higher rates.
To be fair, kindly make it a pre fixed regular purchase schedule at an exact minute so it can be compared with the market time line to be clear and transparent.
The worst app ever
Wow this app is terrible, I have to log in every time I want to use the app, some times I successfully log in and then the app just request me to log in one more time it’s super annoying, and now it says that there is a new version and it doesn’t allow me to log in, and then when I open app store There is not any update available, this app makes no sense
