What’s the point

Login does nothing
Can’t find tickets you’ve bought.
Can’t print from app or display them.
Why even bother

App is too simple and pointless

App has a login. But nothing associated with the account. What is the point? Would think I would be able to view all my active bookings so I can print my tickets?

Half the time the search doesn’t work properly and it crashes.

Absolutely pointless app. Why bother even launching an app like this?

Abysmal

Hasn't been updated after much time, so interface is outdated, not responsive and doesn't support newer phones. Account login doesn't work so you can't access your profile.

Amazingly bad

Not sure what the thinking is but amazing that a ticketing business can't come up with a slicker app.

App crashes in iOS

App crashes on iOS 12.3.1.

Always crashing

Tried searching for events and booking but keeps crashing

No screen resolution support

App doesn't support the larger screen sizes of the iPhone 6/6s/7 and 6/6s/7Plus. UI doesn't look good as it's too magnified.

Convenient

Find the app easy to use and very convenient.

Waste of time

The app keeps crashing also it's difficult to book tickets without a detailed floor plan option. Why did you guys bother with an app that you outsourced to the lowest bidder and promote it every chance you get.

Pathetic

This is the worst written app, I have so far experienced in the app store. I battled so much to make a booking that I decided to rather stay home and not go to the show, then work myself up about it. Why bother developing an app if it is utterly useless. This happens if you are a monopoly.

Looks nice but does not work

Downloaded, looks impressive but search for GYM and it finds a result of the show we wanted to see. Clicked it and the app closes. Tried searching for the show and says event not found... Event is available via web though but not on app.

Such a fail

I downloaded this app somewhat dubiously after many abysmal experiences with this company over the years, website and ticket office included. I was able to find the event I was looking for pretty easily but that was where it all fell apart. When tapping the 'book now' button nothing happened at first until I realized that you had to tap the smaller word in the centre rather than the rest of the button which is obviously just for show.

Now onto a calendar view my use of this app was about to end because the calendar was set to December 1999! Daft yes but still resolvable surely? NOT WHEN YOU CAN ONLY ADVANCE THE DATE 1 MONTH AT A TIME! Seriously, I would have to tap my finger till it bleeds to even get the date to indicate the current year 12 YEARS IN THE FUTURE. But maybe I don't fit into the target market since I tend not too have use for booking events in the past... I wish I could give this app 0/5 stars but Apple won't let me.

Not useful

Too simplistic, and does not offer a filter for searching. Resorted to the website which is far better for searching for events for a specific date and city.

Computicket

App not working on iPad 3. Only left side of any inputs work (buttons, text boxes, etc.) and to top it off when I try log in it gives password error. While on browser it works fine. A pitty though....

Great app pity I can't register

After numerous attempts to register on this app I still don't receive a verification SMS to complete the registration process. Even after being supplied with the verification SMS by the Computicket developers I still can't log in. And why do I have to create two profiles for the Computicket website and app respectively surely these credentials should be the same?

What an App

So easy who needs anything more than an iPad and this app. Well done guys. Just a shame you dont do cricket tickets anymore. You the best.

Need a new account for the iPhone App! No ways am I using this

I already have an account on computicket on their website, and if I want to use the iPhone App I have to have another account with different preferences. I am not managing two accounts. I will stick with the web until this is sorted out.

Teeny tiny everything

Poor execution of a promising idea. Atrocious use of screen real estate. Data is squished into too small popovers. Too little categorization of events so it's impossible to find anything. Browsing is a pain.

iPad Support!

Latest update gives iPad support;fantastic & very useful App!

Awesome Computicket App
