So bad it’s impossible to even describe
Haven’t had the ‘pleasure’ of booking on the Ster Kinekor app or website for years, and as bad as I remember the experience to be, this is significantly worse. Possibly the worst online experience I’ve had in a decade. Nothing works, and it’s basically impossible to link a Vitality movie card number to book that way. This was clearly not tested before going live. Be better!

Terrible checkout experience
Can’t add more than one vitality card number at a time. Naming for payment method is confusing. “pay with another card tomorrow”?!

Payment Issue
The new grades are much better however on the app I was unable to process the payment and secure my tickets. After going through the entire process and going as far as selecting our snacks there was no further selection process to conclude the purchase . I had to go to the cinema and start the process all over again.

Can’t book.
There’s one main purpose that you guys advertise. Online booking. Well, you’ve completely failed your one job on the app and the website. NuMetro is doing way better than you guys. Get your story straight and make a decent app that actually works.
Horrible app
Unfortunately, the Steir Kinikor app falls short in almost every aspect. The interface feels amateurish and is quite challenging to navigate, resulting in a frustrating user experience. It appears to have been developed on a limited budget and was not thoroughly tested. Overall, it requires significant improvements before it can be considered user-friendly or professional.
