Annoying Ad
Whenever I want to listen to something it keeps playing the same ad for installing this app. The app I am already using.
Relentless interrupting AI adverts
The same four AI-scripted ads cycling endlessly, often cutting over live conversations and presenters, is an awful listener experience. Makes me wonder if anyone on the app team or management actually listen on streaming, because it’s a bizarre, desperate strategy.
Glitches
Difficult to find the episode or show that you’re looking for.
Episode episodes can take long time to load, or mysteriously there is no sound e.g. in the car automatically muted?

Do the basics well
Poor UI and poor execution to enable listening to a talk-show. A sad experience
No improvements
A response months later to my previous unfavourable review that says you’ve released a new update with improvements, when the same issues persist, is a little embarrassing. All you’ve done is try to force users into signing up, and added some CarPlay functionality. But all the old issues are still there. I’d perhaps choose a better white label app partner.
