Needs a serious service, or update, keeps cutting out, very frustrating.

Only stream while app is open??
Apart from the vanity over function design, the app stops streaming when not open on your phone screen. Basically unusable for a mobile device. The ask the developer page is ‘not found’. Very shoddy app.

Very cumbersome and slow
Although introduced on 702 as an improvement over the old 702 app, this seems to lack basic user testing. If anyone familiar with the old app actually ran through this app for 10mins, they would quickly pick up the slow and cumbersome navigation. Pod casts have extra steps to stream, and they no longer auto play so each podcast needs to be selected one after the next. Bring the old app back pls.

App defaults to broadcasting Kfm!
For years I have listened to 702 via the app. Recently, upon opening the app, it defaults to broadcasting Kfm. Very frustrating - online streaming via the web on my mobile phone is also very glitchy!
