Needs updating
This app is bad. You cannot watch pip on your tablet, the app constantly crashes, and 9 times out of 10 I am unable to watch my recorded shows. So frustrating!
Embarrassing
I’m not sure what the point of this app is, it only works when i am at home on my comwave wifi and does not connect on my mobile network. Seems pointless.
Best App
This television network is arguably the best option out there. There are many channels at high-quality. I’ve never had a problem, highly recommend for anyone who wants to watch any of their channels on the go.

Broken on iOS 18.4 (fixed!)
Edit: Comwave’s support was great! They communicated with me a few times until they had a fix. My devices on 18.4 and 18.5 both work as expected. I bumped my review to only 4 stars, even though support deserves a 5, because the app itself deserves improvement.
Does not open anymore
The app does not open anymore, it gets stuck at a blue screen… called a week ago, still no answer.

App won't work. Very disappointing.
Nothing works
App looks cheap for an expensive subscription, still wanted to give it a try with the premium package but none of the channel that are included in my plan works. Developers need to upgrade their game in the back end in order to fix this. Make the app more appealing for customers. I have nothing against paying 50$ for a tv app with diverse channel, but at least make it work and show us why it’s worth the money. Good thing it’s not a contract, I’ll end it asap if problem still persist.

Doesn’t work, horrible app…
Comwave has been terrible since we got it on the fire stick, it is finicky, it keeps saying we have signed in on too many devices therefore it doesn’t work on my phone, yet only one device is signed in… Comwave’s website is useless, doesn’t give any information on how to fix it and will NOT be staying with them further. I do not recommend Comwave as a provider AT ALL.

Works on Firestick 4K but not iPhone/iPads
If Comwave internet isn’t available in your area this app on your iPhone/iPad is useless. It will however work on a fire stick 4K. Unless you have already signed into 2 devices on a trial or over 4 on a comment. Also if you need to reboot it becomes a separate device. And will lock you out until customer service figures it out. They are quick to solve this when your on trial but once you commit Not so much. When working well I would give it 4 star. But zero since I can’t use it till they fix
