Content rarely loads
The point of the app is to watch TV content not continually display the infamous tag line “Error occurred. Please try again later”
Freezes
I log in without any problem. Nice interface. However, I was not able to watch TV or open any channels. The iPad app freezes and shows errors.
A Teenage Tech Wiz Could’ve Built a Better App
This app is terrible. Signing in is a chore. My Apple password chain does not recognize the app so I cannot save my login and password. Every single time I launch the app I am logged out and when I go to login, I have to do it manually. I cannot cut and paste the password because it won’t allow you to, so I have to look at the password on another device or on a piece of paper and type it in manually. How can they not try to build an app that is similar to other companies, like Bell or Virgin?

What’s the point of this app?

Will not work on my iPhone, constantly get error loading regardless of channel selected, works great on my iPad running same iOS as iPhone and works well on my fire stick.

This app is bad. You cannot watch pip on your tablet, the app constantly crashes, and 9 times out of 10 I am unable to watch my recorded shows. So frustrating!
Embarrassing
I’m not sure what the point of this app is, it only works when i am at home on my comwave wifi and does not connect on my mobile network. Seems pointless.
Best App
This television network is arguably the best option out there. There are many channels at high-quality. I’ve never had a problem, highly recommend for anyone who wants to watch any of their channels on the go.

Doesn’t work at all
Broken on iOS 18.4 (fixed!)
Edit: Comwave’s support was great! They communicated with me a few times until they had a fix. My devices on 18.4 and 18.5 both work as expected. I bumped my review to only 4 stars, even though support deserves a 5, because the app itself deserves improvement.
Does not open anymore
The app does not open anymore, it gets stuck at a blue screen… called a week ago, still no answer.

App won't work. Very disappointing.
Nothing works
App looks cheap for an expensive subscription, still wanted to give it a try with the premium package but none of the channel that are included in my plan works. Developers need to upgrade their game in the back end in order to fix this. Make the app more appealing for customers. I have nothing against paying 50$ for a tv app with diverse channel, but at least make it work and show us why it’s worth the money. Good thing it’s not a contract, I’ll end it asap if problem still persist.
