Our development team is actively working on improvements to the reciprocity map, and we appreciate you calling out the usability issues as we continue refining it.

Please contact our Member Services team at (800) 674-9779 and share your device model, operating system version, and whether the videos fail on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both. Those details will help our app team investigate the performance issues more effectively.
