Waste of time!
Had to use the service for a work related incident and never was able to be taken care of. Take forever for anyone to connect or see you and when they finally do their equipment doesn’t work. What was suppose to be a 15min session turned into 30-40min without even being helped or seen at the end of it all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this service.

You can not do worse
Absolutely do not use then whatsoever, you will not be helped and they tell me everyone who calls has to wait at least an hour before being helped after their appointment time and thats is if they get to you.
Such a Joke
If you have any other options for your healthcare, I say do anything and everything to avoid having to use them. It’s not exactly convenient when your five minute appointment ends up being a minimum of 2 hrs. And no matter how many follow ups, they NEVER actually know why you are there. They start talking to you like you’re there for something completely different, they either don’t have medical notes or don’t read them. And they kept rescheduling me because they couldn’t find my lab work. They asked me to track down my lab work and send it to them, extremely unprofessional. Also many of the employees were so rude. Basically, if you can think of anything that could go wrong or be irritating during an appointment, they covered it all.
