Crashes a lot
App crashes A LOT. The most annoying part is that it crashes in the middle of a form, application, profile updates, and important stuff that forces you to use a computer to complete, or 3 to 5 tries and a few prayers. Also, the job search is complicated, the key words doesn’t really match the job description.

Tech issues
I can not add my references. I get an error message although all fields are complete. I sent email for help still waiting. It would be very helpful if the app could auto fill the resume instead of manually entering each position.
