App has been great up until recently. It seems like it’s starting to lag

Love Cross Country but the app and website have always been kinda clunky and glitchy.
Never works
Cant find jobs using the app, always shows bo jobs available when there are in fact jobs available. Have to go through my recruiter so its inconvenient if I’m just browsing.

To create a profile was quick and easy.
App doesn’t work too well
The app as well as the website do not allow full use, cant search for jobs on either platform without errors
Can’t find/ read anything! Poorly organized
Wish I could attach a pic of this useless page that came up when I tried to update a license. My agency uses this app, but most of the time all I can do is send the info to people by email. The lazy ones have to be reminded twice, that this app is inconsistent and unreliable for updating info or providing working links. Definitely can’t easily update certifications or licenses on it!

Difficulty finalizing profile and skills checklist
Filling out is very simple and easy but in some categories the program does not save and finalize without repeatedly putting in the information. This wastes time and very annoying to say the least.
Simple and Effective!
Sometimes searching for positions can be overwhelming and complicated, but the Xperience app takes away those emotions. The filters that are on the app make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for (location, pay, shift type). There’s no guessing who your recruiter is or if you can get ahold of them because their name and contact info is right there aligned to you. Jobs get updated what seems like every two hours, Cross Country really listened to what professionals are asking for when it comes to easing the search for jobs.

I love this!
I am so glad Cross Country has an app now! It is so easy to upload documents, find your recruiter, and search contracts. Literally at the palm of your hand.

As a travel nurse, this app is absolutely revolutionary. The mobile wallet for all my credentials, being able to search jobs by like 10 different filters, Cross Country really did the dang thing! Thank you guys!!
