Avoid Intelycare at all costs.
This company is a joke. Please look elsewhere. It has been a nightmare for my wife working with this agency. 1. It took months for them to accept my wife’s covid vaccine exemption surgery. 2. Everytime she has to call the help desk Intelycare workers tell her that her Covid-19 vaccination is out of date and hassle her to get the boosters. 3. The help desk is outsourced to a company overseas and it is a gamble about whether or not she will even get someone who fluently understands English. 4. When a facility called Intelycare and cancelled my wife for a shift, a week in advance Intelycare marked my wife no call no show and suspended her. Even after my wife and the facility’s Director of Nursing confirmed 24 hours prior that the shift was no longer needed! 5. Upon receiving a suspension e-mail my wife called the help desk and tried explaining that this was entirely Intelycare’s mistake. The help desk worker refused to transfer my wife to a supervisor and told her that the quality assurance department who handles suspensions was not working today. 6. Intelycare settings for agencies who hire through their app are set to by default require Covid-19 vaccines and boosters. Agencies do not know this. Nurses who for whatever their reasoning do not have the boosters cannot apply for shifts in a lot of places and the facilities are left without proper staffing. 7. Intelycare makes is extremely difficult for agencies to remove this covid-19 booster requirement from their shift credentials requirements. 8. Area liaisons never return e-mails or phone calls to my wife when there is an issue with the Intelycare app. The money seems great, the hassles every day are not. Buyer beware.
2026 and nothing has changed. It takes sometimes 12 days for certifications to be accepted leaving nurses unable to pick up shifts. The support has been outsourced and it is a nightmare getting help from someone who speaks english efficiently. I have started using another contracting agency as well after a near 70% drop in pay due to Intelycare operations being so poorly organized.

App crash
After being DNR from a facility and having emails back and forth with Jennifer, now my app keeps crashing and won’t let me back in to see shifts!
No response
After downloading everything about myself except for a dna sample-I get no response after 2 weeks. The app says it will take 5 business days. I tried calling and get a prerecorded message basically telling you to wait.
Ridiculous
Been trying go to re-onboard for a year after working one shift years ago and then letting my account go inactive, with no help or response from the “credentialing team”
This app is scam.
