Availability
I love picking up shifts with connect, but I wish they could incorporate a “inactive” feature where facilities cannot request you. I was told that I could “delete” the account but want to pickup as my new role once I am able. I feel that if this were available it would make the app better.

I went through the whole process. Which wasn’t really quick. Did all my training. Worked a total of four shifts. It’s been a month now. No shifts. And the communication from the people who run this are horrible. Don’t waste your time.

Unable to use app
I have been trying for over a month now to be able to use the app but it just doesn’t seem to work right which sucks because I use other apps like it to pick up shifts all the time. I haven’t even been able to do anything with it because it just won’t do anything.
