Don’t waste your time

I went through the whole process. Which wasn’t really quick. Did all my training. Worked a total of four shifts. It’s been a month now. No shifts. And the communication from the people who run this are horrible. Don’t waste your time.

I have been trying for over a month now to be able to use the app but it just doesn’t seem to work right which sucks because I use other apps like it to pick up shifts all the time. I haven’t even been able to do anything with it because it just won’t do anything.

Disconnect

Cons: Don’t waste your time. Home health clinicians do not get compensated on a daily basis. If that branch fails to submit your time then you as the clinician have to wait until the next pay period to receive pay. They factor in your bonuses within the point system hourly rate and won’t tell you until afterwards. Bonuses don’t reflect separately on your paycheck stub. There is no overtime so if you work more than 6 points per day, you won’t get compensated nor a thank you! Customer service and IT takes forever to correct required information, causing delays in workflow and patient care. Management are not clinician themselves nor have a nursing degree.
Pros: The actually branch offices are nice. The patients are so sweet.
Con: Again, do not invest your time into this agency. You’re better off working with the branches directly. ConnectRN does not care about their clinicians just the amount of money that they can make off of you.

DO NOT WORK FOR CONNECT

It’s easy to get a shift but hard to get paid in a timely manner. Please find a different agency to use. I have been emailing and customer support regarding my pay that was approved by the facility and still have yet to be paid. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE !

Scam alert!!!

I wish I could give them a zero star. By far the worst agency to work for as a nurse. I work three shifts in total for them. My first shift was paid two weeks late even though the shift was approved on the same day that I worked. my second shift was marked as paid and till this day was never paid out. And my third shift is said to be processing after a week of the timesheet being approved. Payroll never responds through email. There is no direct number for them. Connectrn is truly a scam and does not want to play out what is owed.

SCAM????

It’s extremely disappointing to see the standards that ConnectRN sets for nurses contrasted with the lack of professionalism shown in their own operations. After submitting all of the required documentation to the Waltham office, there has been no follow-up or acknowledgment. My onboarding documents have been pending review for more than ten days, and all attempts to reach the company — through the in-app system, email, or phone — have gone unanswered.
The Better Business Bureau currently lists ConnectRN with an “F” rating and multiple unresolved complaints, including at least one expressing concern about the handling of sensitive personal information — concerns that mirror my own experience. Public reviews on Google reflect similar patterns of non-responsiveness and poor communication.
If the company cannot manage basic onboarding processes or respond to staff inquiries in a timely and professional manner, it raises serious concerns about its overall reliability and the security of sensitive nurse data.
As healthcare professionals, we are held to the highest standards of accountability and responsiveness. It would be reassuring to see ConnectRN demonstrate the same level of professionalism and care that it expects from the nurses it employs.

No shifts ever

I’ve been with connectRN for 4 years. It used to be a great agency with plenty of shifts to work in the Philadelphia Pa area. For at least the last year I haven’t worked for them because they never have any facilities that need a nurse. The only facility that I ever see never accepts any of the shifts I apply for. It’s not just me, they’ll have 6 nurses waiting to be accepted to work 1 shift. They used to have the beat on the app where workers could share their work experiences or anything work related and now I don’t even see that. They need to do some major networking for facilities in this area or else what’s the point of being an agency here?

Why do I have to do the full onboarding to see anything

You don’t need all of my information only for your app to then show me that you’re not in my area yet. Unbelievable!

Don’t waste your time

Allowed me to get up to the upload verification process and won’t let me upload a picture or take a picture and no help. Okay I’ll stick to other job agencies.

Login issues

I can’t even login. Keeps telling me failed password when trying to create account. I have all the correct requirements for the password. Making it very difficult to attempt to pick up shifts through this app.

Never approved for shifts

Had this app on my phone for over a year and half and every time I request a shift it’s automatically declined. Don’t bother wasting your time with this app. Not much options as far as work normally but same facilities (max total of 3).

Very Low Pay

This is the lowest paying agency every the shifts the post for $19 other agencies are posting for $23 to $24 hourly & more on weekends on top of that their clock in process is a pain I worked one shift with them on the weekend because it was 21.75(nothing for-real)but after dealing with the clock-out system I decided never to pick up again

Update

I updated the app and now my call out rate is going up day by day I can't pick up any shifts because it's saying I owe oral and pain training and when I did it all I'm getting is last years expired certificate so now I am unable to pick up I keep calling and I'm not getting any response.

Playing pointless games at this point!

I downloaded this app and did all the requirements to accept shifts. I was still working elsewhere so I never did, maybe a month went by. A week ago I try to accept a shift and the facility wants Oral training and Pain management training. So I do it the ConnectRN, on their website. I get the emails saying I completed and passed and that I’ll recieve a certificate in a few minutes, I never did, still haven’t even after having contacted them about it. Meanwhile I try uploading proof that I passed and completed the training and the app says that the classes I passed an hour earlier are expired. I lost those shifts! Now yesterday and today I’ve tried to accept shifts and it says “missing requirements” 1 being my TB and the other my Covid stuff, which the app has already approved by the way. So I try to upload the required information but can’t because there is no option to send it, no option to send the information the app has already approved, and no way to accept or contact the shift. Also I’ve sent multiple emails about this since I first noticed it last week and I’ve received zero help! The worst part is that that none of this is required by the state to work agency. I work for two other agencies that I never had to jump thru this crap and both go to this same facility that the app is making look like they want it.

Punch in

Multiple times I have not been able to punch in on the app, even after punching in to the facility time clock. Which forces you to call Connect to have a representative manually put in your time…and of course delay payment for days. Their app needs a serious update.

Not a good company

I appreciate the shifts that I have gotten but that’s not many. The company has lied to me. I applied to work in the hospital, I took the exams, did the modules, sent my credentials and still waiting since April 2023. They come up with stories about the delays. Then, there is an option for StatCash which allows you to get paid 24 hours after your shift. I signed up for StatCash in May 2023 , followed the directions and still haven’t received my money via StatCash yet. I’m not happy with how things have occurred

Since the recent update

Since the recent update it has been hard to find shifts on the regular bases, usually I max out the mileage and see what’s around well since the update it will only show a couple shifts. On top of that every time I exit or go to a different tab the mileage is automatically reset so I have to enter the mileage again. So I figure I would try some so on top of putting the mileage on max I decided to select shift time 6p-6a an behold more shifts popped up that I was not seeing before this needs to be fixed it’s messing my money up

This app is horrible. I always have to delete and re download. Really wish they would put more money in to this app. Ridiculous

4th WEEK OF NOT BEING PAID

I wouldn’t even give it one star! They pay weekly I am now going on the 4th & haven’t been paid any of the money I made! Then when you talk to someone about it they prolong the issue by saying now they have to wait for the check to refund back to them then after it does they’ll tell you to wait a additional week for it to be on the next pay period. At this point I consider it stealing!
