They do nothing!
I submitted my renew license on June 8, it is now June 27 and they still have not updated it! They tell me they are backed up 4 weeks!?!?! I can’t pick up any shifts because of their laziness. Probably takes two seconds on their end. You got only 1 person working???? How do you go from being one of the good apps to the worst so fast?

Don’t do it
Very disorganized company. Never any true help behind the scenes. They don’t adhere to their own policies. They tell you one thing and will do another. They will promise you something will be in your paycheck and it won’t. There’s many other choices.
logs me out
overall, I really like the app. I seldom have any difficulties with it and it’s easy to navigate. The only problem I do have is that one of the updates did something that makes my eshyft app log me out all the time and i’m constantly having to log back in again. every time I go to eshyft to check on something or to claim a shift or look at messages I’ve been logged out. I have to log back in again several times a shift. I’m not too fond of that glitch but really overall it’s a good app.

Pay stubs
This is the first agency that does not allow you to print your paystubs. Even though it’s 1099 but you can still print paystubs with every other agency.
Solid app, but cancellation policies need urgent improvement
Overall, the app functions well. I have no issues booking shifts or receiving my payments on time. However, my main concern is regarding shift cancellations. It feels unprofessional to have a confirmed shift canceled without any safeguard for the worker. There should be a clause or policy in place that protects confirmed shifts from being dropped so abruptly. My advice to other users is to use ESHYFT as a side income rather than a primary job, as the sudden cancellations make it difficult to rely on for steady income. If the platform fixes this cancellation issue, it would easily be a 5-star app.
