Great service for loyal customers
Was very happy to explore the concierge service offered by the HB loyalty program. Although I still am yet to use my requests, the concierge team was very proactive and supportive.
Useless
I was sent an email asking me join this scheme. I downloaded the app and have found it impossible to use. As requested, I tried to get the app started with my phone and/or email address, both of which are registered with Hugo Boss, but to no avail. Deleted the app.
