Poor Design and Utility
This app is a pain to operate. The interface is slow to respond, app design is not streamlined, and it’s buggy as can be. I can’t view my autopay information after having set it up (I know it works because I got charged AND received an autopay account setup confirmation email), and it claims that my “property is not set up for new payment style.” Login One-Time Passwords (OTP) will arrive only when the system feels like generating them to either your text or email-based options (issues with both) and then bug out when you try to log in with them, forcing you to submit the OTP various times before allowed to log in. I also signed up for FaceID authentication to avoid the OTP issues, yet it does nothing to change the login process. You still have to enter your email, receive a OTP, then troubleshoot until you manage to log in. These are just a few of the many problems with this app. I’d expect better for a community that requires such high monthly payments to live in it. Do better.

The app is very bad on my iPad mini6. The menu along the left edge can not be closed or moved and it completely blocks users ability to see any of the information being displayed. It’s obvious the creators didn’t bother testing the app on an iPad. This is one of the sloppiest executions I’ve ever experienced with an Apple app.

Can’t reset the password
Keeps logging me out and doesn’t let me to reset the password. Makes it impossible to figure out how to add additional units. Terrible user interface and experience

Cannot Even Add Account
The website doesn’t even have the “Make Payment” button where the PDF instructions say it does so I download this app and it doesn’t display anything or freezes when you try to add an account. The app is unusable.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, so a 7-month-old phone and this app doesn’t work. Documents run off the page, live links don’t work. It’s basically useless. My husband has an iPhone 16 and it doesn’t work for him either. We were told to give it two weeks. It’s been three months and still no improvement.

Fix your app
The app does not work consistently. There are issues with payments and reservations. The online portal works better. You may as well just delete the app if you can’t fix it and make it work at least as decent as the online portal.

I’m encountering an error message 101 that lacks any information about the issue or how to resolve it.

Have tried repeatedly to open Assoc Minutes. Get error msg every time. Thought using computer might be better than iphone. Wouldn’t recognize street, Dev name or password. What few hairs I have, have now been pulled out!!
