Thank you for your feedback. The Proptia app is a private app for residents of participating communities. For security reasons, only authorized residents can register and access the app. This helps prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing community features or adding visitors to a property where they don't live. To get started, you'll need the registration email sent by your property manager or HOA. This is common practise in HOAs providing visitor management tools for residents. That email includes a link to download the app, along with your username and temporary password to complete your first login. If you can't find the email, we recommend contacting your property manager or HOA so they can resend your registration information. We're always happy to help if you continue to have trouble.
