My kiddo had an allergic reaction at 2:30am and we needed help deciding if it was concerning enough to go to the ER. Great option for weekends and simple illnesses
I live an hour away from my hospital network and providers which is required with our insurance. The online visit option saves me so much time and money. I would be spending half my day in an urgent care for sub-par providers. Dr. Cain was excellent at asking the questions he needed to diagnose my illness. He was polite, professional and his experience was evident.
